Wardlow w/Justin LaBar vs Jimmy Vega$ - 4.5/10

This is the third promotion that I've seen do the Goldberg/Lesnar SS match in the last week, announcers weren't even making reference to it, it also didn't sound like many fans got the spot. LaBar interfered right in front of the referee and ref was just kinda like 'hey, get out of here' and so it all led to a dirty finish. Match was ok, big hoss fight.

Post-match - LaBar is talking, he is saying that DJZ is not cleared to compete tonight vs RJ City who comes out. And this brings out 'not cleared to compete' DJZ. Wardlow takes him out. Title is vacated. The LaBar fires RJ City, Wardlow also takes him out. Labar announces Wardlow vs City for the title. LaBar forgot the title in the ring. Too much going on.

There's a girl sitting front center of the steady cam, she was definitely dragged to the show.

ICW Tag Team Title Match
Remy Levey and Keith Haught vs The Fraternity (C) - 4/10

Keith Haught is kinda fat and wearing really tight and revealing white trunks. Please no. Fraternity got the heat on Keith for most of the match, then Levey got a hot tag, and then another not so hot tag, a little back and forward and that was it. Fraternity was pretty decent, but Levey and Haught were terrible. Haught is completely blown out.

2-on-1 Handicap Ladder Match. If Team Storm wins, they get two roster contracts, If Palace wins, Team Storm is gone
Andrew Palace vs Team Storm - 5/10

So for this match, it would really just take a competent enough wrestler to distract (via wrestling) Palace enough for the other to just get the title, now if neither of Team Storm can hang with Palace one-on-on for 2-3 minutes, maybe they're not worthy of a contract after all. Palace had the upper hand from the start and lasted for a long while, then Team Storm finally started to get some heat and this is where I'm saying one dude could just attack Palace a lot while the other gets the contracts. Team Storm are incompetent and stupid. Lights went off and it's Grizzly Redwood!! oh no, it's Jack Pollock, he attacks Palace and joins the other Lance Storm students (that's the gimmick of Team Storm), all three destroy Palace and take the win.
During the match, announcers said these fans are going crazy for this violence, yet the crowd was silent except for a group of 5 kids celebrating some birthday. Those bloodlust youngsters.

IWC Women's Title Four Way Elimination Match
April Sera vs Marti Belle vs Sonya Strong vs Britt Baker - 6/10

This match is to crown the first ever IWC Women Champion. Fans are chanting Side-Show Bob to Marti Belle, really crowd? really? Not that it was botchy, but some spots looked waay to rehearsed that they felt botchy. Even though it's an elimination match, there were pin breaks. Belle eliminated Strong and quickly after Baker eliminated Belle. Baker and Sera did have a nice little match together, but it wasn't that long. The right woman won. They had no name drop the women's revolution. ugh.

Proving Ground Battle Royal - 3/10

I'm not even going to try to tell you all the participants, they all came out together and introductions were all said one after the other, but it's like 18 dudes, one chick. I have so many inappropriate jokes, but I'll restrain. This is so disorganized that it looks like some people are trying to set up spots and people just come in and interrupt. Last four were Chest Flexor, Playboy, Shane InYourFace, and Bulk Nasty. Bulk and Playboy make an alliance, eventually Shane takes out Playboy and does the Benoit/Show finish from the 2004 Royal Rumble to take out Bulk.

IWC Super Indy Title Match
Chris LeRusso (C) w/BC Steele vs Sam Adonis - 6/10

Useless trivia of the day, Sam Adonis is Corey Graves' brother and lives in Mexico. Commentary say that it's unprecedented that someone would debut in the main event in CMLL. It's not, it's quite often that foreigners get treated like that in Mexico. This was considerably better than some matches tonight, but there was way too much interference and after lasting so long, we got a dirty finish that wasn't even built up. Adonis did have a bunch of visual wins during the match, which I take it there will be a rematch later on if he comes back.

IWC World Heavyweight Title Match
Wardlow w/Justin LaBar vs RJ City - 6/10

He's technically coming in as the babyface, but since they barely turned on him in the beginning of the show, I have no reason to care for RJ City yet, you know what surely doesn't help me care for him? low blowing Wardlow, spitting water in his face, you know, I hope Wardlow wins, he deserves it more, he already had another fight tonight and is not cheating. City also stole Trent's Sexy Chucky Knee gimmick. Match was good, but RJ cheating was really getting in my nerves, LaBar too, nothing cheapens a title more than constant cheating during the match. Wardlow pinned City with the cocky pin, which is something that should NEVER happen in a back and forward match, only squashes.

OVERALL THOUGHTS:

An ok show from ICW, but nothing special, can't even say go watch this match for such and such because only Marti Belle was kinda famous tonight. I really got annoyed with the commentary team for this show, it's the type of commentary that super exaggerates everything and try to sell everything as the most amazing thing ever, but what they're describing doesn't not go with what we're seeing on the ring. Don't tell me the crowd is going crazy if everyone on the steady cam is just sitting down and it's only the bloodlust kids standing up.
