Ranking the MITB Winners and their Title Reigns

With MITB just weeks away, let's look at the past and rank away all the MITB winners and their title reigns. You can their MITB wins, their cash ins, their title reigns


My ranking

1 - Edge 06 - started an amazing main event career
2 - Miz - long overdue title reign, long title reign, made him a top guy
3 - RVD - took the title from Super Cena when no one could beat Cena, and started the ECW show
4 - Punk 09 - Not only did it turn Punk heel (Best Punk IMO), but it lead to the creation of the SES (Best stable since evolution IMO), and took the title away from Hardy, nuff said.
5 - Kane - his cash in made the title look important, don't freaking wait for a chance, it's the top title!! go get it now!!!
6 - Jack Swagger - gave the title to someone that no one expected, it showed that he CAN be a main eventer if given time and work, which sadly he never gets
7 - Alberto Del Rio - long overdue title win, but they did it to keep Punk and Cena strong after SS.
8 - Daniel Bryan - it had an amazing build up, with the WM promise, the beard, and then cashing in to eventually turn him heel.
9 - Punk 08 - it was his first run, but it didn't really do much for him
10 - Edge 07 - took the briefcase from kennedy because he got injured and took the title from taker cuz he got injured. bad use of the mitb, just to write off two injuries.

i saw this on reddit!!

for me the biggest cash in were the ones that actually changed the career of the champ, edge, punk, daniel bryan, or miz went to become multiple time world champs after cashing in

guys like del rio and kane were already established and now one would have been surprised to see them get the title

guys like swagger, it didn't do a single thing for him. RVD would have started a big main event position for him, but we all know how that ended
