This post is simply for those tha get alot heat but were revolutionary to Wrestling the guys that made this an attraction.





Hulk Hogan: Say what you will bnout him the fact is Hulk is the single biggest superstar to come from Wrestling, his face has been seen more times than Elvis, The Beatles, Babe Ruth you name them Hogan is in that same breath. He isn't the best wrestler out there but he gave us a show like only he could , He broke down the walls of pro wrestling and made people that had never watched take notice. And even if you don't admit he's one reason why you watched and became fans.



Shawn Michaels: Simply the best all around performer to ever grace a ring Shawn has been a top level performer since he was a very young man. On a personal level he knew that he was a problem but he's asked countless times for forgiveness i think he should have it granted. If i've heard it once i've heard it a dozen times wrestlers questioning his faith and that makes me sick, nobody knows another person's heart you gotta take them at there word who are they to judge are they jelous that HBK was better? maybe they should've stepped there game up.




The Rock: Now this one is the worst for me because im not a Rock fan wasn't in the 90's ain't now. But the fact is he was a glorified Icon not just in the ring in hollywood as well, Rock has wrestling in his blood and was one of the top from every standpoint, could talk, wrestle even sing. Rock will remain an Icon.




The Undertaker: The best big man to be involved in wrestling The Franchise of WWE. You don't think about him being a big man because of his athletic ability, but i've heard it for years. He's staying to long he needs to hang it up he only wrestles once a year why don't he just retire. Fact is when you gain the respect he has you don't have to wrestle every night to be great, and when he does return you all tune in to watch it and marvel just like when we were kids.



Triple H: He gets alot of heat for marrying Steph and burying other wrestlers truth be told he's helped more than he's hurt. Look no further than Randy Orton And John Cena He put both of them on a higher level than they would have ever reached not because he had to but because he knew it was good for bussiness. The man has worked his whole life to give us all his best and alot of time we spit at his legacy i don't care what people say he's earned every title he's gotten, reguardless of what people say you tuned to either watch him win or watch him get beat up but you still watched.




John Cena: If this gets me heat i'll understand. John is the reason i watch WWE now not because of his great wrestling ability or his perfect arsenal of moves because he's not the best wrestler. But John loves what he does and is the hardest working man in the company and yet he gets heat for what? Working hard staying healthy? Why do people constantly hate Cena I agree he can get stale but its not entirley his fault he's pushed so hard i think its mainly because he's a loyal guy that he does gain so much attention. How many other wrestlers do they have right now that could or would want the schedule Cena has? The man in my mind that should be next or should already be there is CM Punk.



Now i know this is all my opinion i'd be happy to hear what you all have to say i'm not steppin on anybody here just thought i'd speak my mind lol.

good question the reason i used those icons were because they got the most heat for being good not many people run down Sting or Goldberg Or DDP like the ones i mentioned i think all of the ones you mentioned are in fact Icon's and earned there stripes as well they just get more love than the guys i named
