RAW Discussion 2/20

So last night saw 4 title matches in which the champions retained AND a very lackluster main event in the Ambulance match between John Cena and Kane. RAW Chamber was first, during which Jericho was literally kicked out of the cage by CM Punk and couldn't compete as he suffered a concussion. Beth Phoenix and Tamina had a match that showed us that they're both very good, could have gone on a bit longer but still solid.

The biggest story of the night or at least the one that's got people talking the most is from the SD Chamber match. Randy Orton was replaced last week by Santino Marella who actually ended up in the final two with the champion Daniel Bryan. For the second year in a row, Santino almost managed to pull off an upset. Last year was the Rumble where he was in the final two and almost eliminated Del Rio while this year he hit the Cobra on Daniel Bryan and ALMOST got the 3 count. The crowd was VERY into that. I hope they build on that for Santino because the crowd was VERY behind him all match long.

I don't think anything has been announced for tonight off the top of my head, although we might see Del Rio & Christian as they both returned on the PPV last night to bitch about Teddy Long and to kiss John Laurinaitus's a**.

Sheamus defeated Mark Henry.
-Sheamus pinned Henry after a Brogue Kick.

Kofi Kingston & R-Truth defeated Primo & Epico w/Rosa Mendes.
-Kingston pinned Primo after Trouble in Paradise.

David Otunga w/John Laurinaitus defeated Ezekiel Jackson w/Teddy Long.
-Otunga pinned Jackson after a Verdict.

Bella Twins defeated Kelly Kelly & Aksana.

Chris Jericho won a 10 Man Battle Royal.
-Jericho is the new #1 contender for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 28.
-Participants were: Great Khali, Chris Jericho, Wade Barrett, Santino Marella, Cody Rhodes, R-Truth, The Miz, Big Show, Dolph Ziggler & Kofi Kingston.

If you've gotta be up at any point before 10am tomorrow, I suggest bed.

I have to be up at 7:30 on Tuesdays, and the last few times I've stayed up to watch RAW, I've ended up switching my alarm off IN MY SLEEP.

So, the only logical option is for me to go to bed instead of staying up tonight.

As well as the fact that due to a hectic few days, my sleep pattern's out of whack.

I also don't want to watch 20 minutes of Cena opening the show, because I'm wagering that it wont be Punk.
