Was Big Show's Injury Legit?

Listen to the MP3 above. At the end you can hear the medic say "Wasn't that supposed to happen?" with Show replying "Yeah but-" and then gets cut off by Booker T. Earlier on the in MP3 as he's getting on the cart to be wheeled away he says (I'm not sure but a lot of people seem to think this is what he said) "I think he broke my foot, I'm not selling".

I dunno about Miz, and Sin Cara definitely isn't injured, but I think Big Show might actually be injured legit, otherwise the medic and Show wouldn't have blatantly broken kayfabe when they could be heard.
