[Big Red Machine]

JON MOXLEY vs. ATHONY BOWENS (w/Max Caster)- 6.75/10
Moxley slugging Caster when he finished his rap was great. What was not great was them brawling way into the crowd without Aubrey even trying to count them out. Other than that, this was a solid match, with Moxley overcoming attempted cheating to get the win.
After the match, we were shown Bryan Danielson watching backstage and smiling.

NYLA ROSE PROMO- short and sweet
She says she’ll beat Ruby Riott on Dynamite.

ANDRADE EL IDOLO & JOSE THE ASSISSTANT GO TO VISIT DARBY ALLIN- good
They try to hire him as Jose’s assistant. Darby gave some of his life story and told them that his dignity is not for sale. Jose made a threatening move, so Darby pulled out a baseball bat and the heels backed off, with Andrade saying “I need to talk with your boss.” I will admit that I find the idea that Andrade thinks that Darby “works for” Sting as some kind of wrestling servant amusing, but it feels like it defines Andrade down. Darby was quite good here, showing a bit more of the personality that I think people who don’t know him from the indies want to see.


FTR (w/Tully Blanchard) vs. THE NIGHTMARE FAMILY (Brock Anderson & Lee Johnson) (w/Arn Anderson)- 6/10
This was fine, but it should not be taking FTR so long to beat people at such a low level.

MERCEDES MARTINEZ VS. THUNDER ROSA VIDEO PACKAGE #492- good
A match has FINALLY been signed between these two. It will take place next Friday.

SERENA DEEB IS ANGRY VIDEO- meh

AEW TBS TITLE MATCH: Jade Cargill(c) (w/Mark Sterling) vs. Julia Hart (w/Griff Garrison)- 2.75/10
Jade won a relatively quick match because Jade through a kick she couldn’t see coming because of the eye-patch.

MARK HENRY INTERVIEWS THE PEOPLE IN THE MAIN EVENT- good
Matt Hardy and Christian did most of the talking, but when the others (other than Luchasaurus) talked, they were good.

AEW WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Jurassic Express(c) (w/Chrisitan Cage) vs. Private Party (w/Matt Hardy & The Blade)- 6.5/10
Andrade, who just bought half of Hardy’s stable, wasn’t even at ringside. He was just watching from the stands like a bunch of other people have been shown doing recently. Gunn Club were in the front row and cause a distraction that allowed Private Party to jump Jurassic Express and hit an early Gin & Juice for a nearfall.
This was a good match, but that “Reverse Doomsday Device” spot they did was terrible. It was just so slow and so clear that they were working together to do a planned spot they thought would be cool.

POST-MATCH SEGMENT- good
Gunn Club attacked the babyfaces after the match.



A meh episode of Rampage.

Isn’t landing feet-first what everyone does when they counter a move via flipping out of it? Or when they land a leapfrog?
