WWE's Becky Lynch & Seth Rollins welcome birth of first child

Becky Lynch (real name Rebecca Quin) and Seth Rollins (Colby Lopez) have welcomed their first child into the world.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Lynch announced that she's given birth to a baby girl named Roux. Lynch posted a picture of her and Rollins holding the baby's hand.

"Welcome to the world Roux," Lynch wrote. "You are the love of our lives. #andnew"

Lynch and Rollins found out this April that they were expecting their first child. Lynch announced her pregnancy on the May 11 episode of Raw and said she'd be going away from WWE for a little while. Lynch was Raw Women's Champion at the time, but she revealed that Asuka had actually won the title by winning the previous night's Money in the Bank ladder match.

Dave Meltzer reported last month that Survivor Series was Rollins' last appearance on WWE television until after Lynch gave birth. Rollins was part of Team SmackDown in the men's five-on-five Survivor Series elimination match against Team Raw. He was the first person to be eliminated in the match, with Rollins sacrificing himself and saying it was for the greater good. Sheamus pinned Rollins after hitting a Brogue Kick.

Rollins also lost matches to Rey Mysterio and Murphy on SmackDown prior to Survivor Series.

Lynch and Rollins announced their engagement in August 2019. They were supposed to get married this May, but that was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
