Should ROH Let Adam Cole Turn Heel?

Anyone who's seen Adam Cole in CZW will tell you he is a great and natural heel. However he's a little lovable, cookie-cutter babyface in ROH. Should ROH turn him heel?

They will; they should let him ride this face momentum he and O'Reilly have right now.

No need to. Also, I think it is better for both companies if Adam Cole is doing something different in both companies (I wonder if he has figured out that Mia Yim is cheating on him with Nana yet).
