Jeff Hardy suffered an injury working the Smackdown live event this past Saturday 4/20. He appeared the next night in a non-wrestling capacity and was then sent home to get the injury medically evaluated.

Hardy was not backstage at last night's Smackdown taping and there is, as of this writing, no word yet on the nature of the issue. It is hoped internally it will turn out to be something minor.

Hardy and his brother Matt won the Smackdown Tag Team Championships from the Usos several weeks ago.
