Following his backstage fight with Sin Cara this past Tuesday at the Smackdown taping in Worcester, MA, WWE star Simon Gotch of the Vaudevillians is not on the road as initially scheduled for this weekend's WWE live events. Gotch's partner Aiden English appeared on tonight's live event in Newark, NJ, losing to Apollo Crews in a singles bout, unaccompanied by Gotch.

Sin Cara is on the road and worked tonight's event in Newark, teaming with Jack Swagger. All signs are that Gotch was the one worse for wear after the fight at catering before the Smackdown Draft broadcast. PWInsider.com has not been able to ascertain what sparked the incident, although one source noted there had been some static between the two dating back to their time in WWE developmental.

The Vaudevillains were drafted to Smackdown, while Cara was drafted to Raw this past Tuesday, so going forward, they will likely not cross paths often for the company.
