Mexico's oldest promotion, CMLL, announced today in their official press conference that the main event for the 82nd Anniversary show will be a Mask vs Mask match contested between the two, arguably, most prized mask in CMLL: Atlantis vs La Sombra. Anniversary show will be on September 18, to take place in the legendary Arena Mexico in Mexico City.
Among other notes from the press conference:
-- L.A Park made his return to CMLL to challenge RUSH to a match at the anniversary show.
-- Dr. Wagner Jr is set to make his return to the promotion on the August 28 show from Arena Mexico.
-- It was announced that the annual CMLL Bodybuilder's competition will be on November 22nd.
-- Celebrating the 82nd anniversary of Lucha Libre in Mexico, the National Lotery will issue a set of lucha libre themed tickets.
-- This friday, the 'En Busca De Un Idolo' tournament finals will take place between Guerrero Maya Jr. vs Bobby Zavala
