GFW NEWS: Global Force reveals announce team for "Amped"

Global Force Wrestling announced Friday the official announce duo for their "Amped" TV series.

The duo will be kickboxing announcer Cyrus Fees paired with former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen.

"Cyrus and Chael are fresh voices to the wrestling industry, but make no mistake. They are refined, exciting commentators," GFW CEO Jeff Jarrett said. "We feel that these two have the perfect energy for the Amped product."

Fees has wrestling background working for NWA Smoky Mountain prior to shifting to kickboxing and MMA broadcasting.

"MMA and kickboxing has been my world for the last five years, but my first love has always been wrestling." Fees said. "I've waited on my opportunity, and I consider working with Global Force wrestling a dream come true."

The first Amped TV taping is Friday night in Las Vegas. GFW has yet to announce distribution for their TV series.
