The Rock has returned, so has Taker and Triple H...but all the headlines have one name, and that is Sin Cara, formerly known as Mistico, considered in Mexico as the second coming of El Santo, WWE's biggest sign in such a long time. Sin Cara will apparently skip developmental territory and go straight to the main roster, something that hasn't been seen in WWE for sometime, and that not even world traveled champions as Bryan Danielson or CM Punk had the luxury of having. The speculations of his debut have started already, and this is how I would love to see it happen.
We start with the Smackdown right after Sin Cara's sign announcement. Rey Mysterio has a match against anyone to fire up his feud with Cody Rhodes, before the match, Mysterio makes a small promo talking about how he's proud to see another Mexican luchador get signed to WWe and he congratulates Sin Cara. and goes ahead with his match.
The following weeks, he keeps doing promos about Mexican luchadors, their history, and stuff, and eventually, invites Sin Cara to be on his corner against Cody Rhodes (who will apparently have Dusty), to which Sin Cara accepts via titantron.
Wrestlemania XX-something
Rey Mysterio w/ Sin Cara vs Cody Rhodes w/ Dusty Rhodes. Rey rey wins the match, but after the match Cody attacks Rey from behind and Sin Cara helps out Rey by applying La Mistica and giving the people a taste of whay he's about.
The coming smackdown after WM, Sin Cara makes his in-ring debut, making Cody tap out to the Mistica (or whatever it will be called). During this month, Sin Cara and Rey rey feud with Cody and Dusty, and they're set up for a tag match at ER, Sin Cara & Rey Mysterio vs Cody & Dusty Rhodes.
Extreme Rules
Rey rey and Sin Cara vs Cody and Dusty, but before the match, Dusty comes out and points out that the contract mentions that it will be against a Rhodes, but it's not Dusty, and out comes Goldust to team with Cody against the Luchador duo. The Rhodes take the win thanks to Dusty helping out his kids.
The feud continues to escalate between the luchadors and the Rhodes family. A match is set for Over the Limit with RM and SC vs all Three Rhodes.
Over the Limit
The match goes on, Sin Cara shows an amazing set of moves, while Rey stays with his usual moves. At the end of the match, Rey connects the 619, but before he can connect the West Coast Plancha, Sin Cara connects a never before seen in america lucha style move and pins Rhodes for the win. Rey Mysterio, while staying stalled in the ring apron half move, is just happy that they won the battle.
During the next weeks, the feud between the luchadors and the Rhodes has watered down, yet both teams find themselves involved in a Four way Tag Titles match between The Corre(c) vs Curtis & RTruth (winner of NXT) vs The Rhodes vs The Luchadors (temporal name).
Fatal 4 Way
The four way bout for the titles is on, after a long fought battle, Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara capture the tag titles thanks to the aerial combination of both luchadors. Everything is fine and dandy.
The next month's PPV is MITB, while still holding the Tag Titles, the team of luchadors get a MITB qualifying match against a generic pairing of guys that would usually make it to the MITB (see McIntyre/Cody/Christian/etc). Also a qualifying match, Tyler Reks and Chris Masters both get counted out and thus neither make the match. The luchadors' match, unfortunately with Rey getting pinned, is lost and so the other team passes on, but after the bout, GM Teddy Long comes out saying:
Long: Holla Holla Playa, Sin Cara, during this MITB qualifying match, you executed moves that not even i had seen before, and therefore, being that there's a spot open from the Chris Master/Tyler Reks match, I've decided to give you that spot, so Sin Cara, you're going to the MITB match
This obviously is a big shock for Msyterio, since he not only finds himself out of the MITB match, but the PPV itself. Yet he understands it and congratulates Sin Cara.
Money in the Bank
Before the MITB match, we see Rey and Sin Cara in the locker rooms, Rey mentions to Sin Cara that he shouldn't feel bad if he doesn't win, the simple fact that he made the match should be good enough for him as an achievement. The match goes on and Sin Cara doesn't loose, yet delivers the spots of the night, and people chant Sin Cara with all their lungs.
After the match, we simply see Rey Mysterio in front of a screen, with a small smile of satisfaction at the result of the match.
During the next month, The Luchadors start a feud against The Corre (mainly Slater and Gabriel) for the tag titles. This feud gets a match for Summerslam with the titles on the line.
Summerslam
The match is your usual back and forward match, that is eventually won with Sin Cara making Slater tap out. However, during the match, there is a loud Sin Cara chant, which would be completely normal, other than this is Rey Mysterio's territory.
During the following weeks, The Corre get another title shot at Los Luchadors at Night of Champions.
Night of Champions
Los Luchadors defend against Gabriel and Slater, the match is even, but at the end, Sin Cara is setting up Gabriel for some crazy aerial move, but Rey cuts him off pulling a move of his own, but unfortunately for Rey, Gabriel is able to reverse that move to a pin 1 2 3. Gabriel and Slater regain their titles.
The following smackdown, Los Luchadors get their rematch, but unfortunately end up short on capturing the titles, again with Mysterio getting pinned after the 450 splash.
One smackdown later, Rey Mysterio comes out alone to the ring and grabs a mic. He mentions that ever since Sin Cara debuted, he has had doubts to his ability, to his age, and to whether he still got it. He's frustrated that he rarely hears 619 chants anymore, and asks Sin Cara for a match at Hell in a Cell, just to see if he still has it.
Hell in a Cell
Mysterio and Sin Cara meet each other in the ring, the match is back and forward, but at the end, youth prevail and Sin Cara takes the win pinning Mysterio 1 2 3.
the next smackdown, Los luchadors have a tag match, which they loose. After the match he mentions that ever since he lost to him, he hadn't been able to concentrate, he says that he's been wrestling for over [insert number] years, that he has won the Royal Rumble, headlined WM, and he doesn't understand why this new kid is getting all the chants.
Sin Cara, to his defense, lists the titles he's held during his short career, and most importantly, lists all the masks he has won from opponents, to which he asks Mysterio how many do you have??? So wanting to brag about who has what, the rematch is set for bragging rights
Bragging Rights
the match, more than a lucha libre match, is a fight. the heat is slowly escalating, Mysterio tries to show Sin Cara that he's still the same as always, and Sin Cara comes at him with his amazing arsenal. at the end of the match, Sin Cara is gonna go for the Mistica, but in a quick move, Mysterio rips Sin Cara's mask off and pins him 1 2 3.
The following smackdown, Mysterio comes out and brags about how he still got it, how he defeated Sin Cara. To which Sin Cara comes out and calls him out on winning by taking his mask off. Sin Cara starts to talk how that was such a big offense to the lucha, and calls out rey on forgetting his roots and becoming a "superstar"
in one of their faceoffs, Sin Cara brings up that in Mexico, luchadors have a way of dealing with problems, and that is a "lucha de apuestas" (bet match), but Mysterio has probably forgotten about that since he became a "superstar" so he challenges Mysterio to a mexican style 2 out of 3 falls mask vs mask match at Survivor Series, to which mysteiro has no other than accept.
Survivor Series
The match is brutal/amazing/fanstastic, it truly is the return of mysterio to lucha libre. Rey Mysterio takes the first fall, and starts the second fall trying to rip out Sin Cara's mask, but Sin Cara fights back and takes the second fall. Finally, the third fall is won by Sin Cara making Mysterio tap out to la Mistica.
Rey Mysterio is forced to remove his mask for the first time in WWE. But he doesn't take it off there and simply walks out holding his head.
the next smackdown, Sin Cara calls out Rey Mysterio about the mask that he owes him. Rey Mysterio comes out and congratulates Sin Cara for the win. He mentions that he can't continue fighting without his mask, he simply can't, it's not in him. He removes his mask and hands it over to Sin Cara, takes the mic and says.
rey: My name is Oscar Gutierrez, I am from San Diego, California, a pleasure to meet you all. Thank you for everything that you people have given me during these years, but it's true that the next generation has arrived.
grabs the hand of Sin Cara and raises it up to the air. after that rey Mysterio walks away from the ring, leaving Sin Cara posing for the people in the middle of the ring with Mysterio's mask in hand.

Well done. I like the way that you set up Rey's turn, and yet never really made him that much of a heel.
Also, just a correction, Dragon was also signed to a no-developmental contract, but he wasn't happy with his dark matches, so he asked to be sent to FCW for a few tune up matches to work off his rung rust.
