ROH All-Star Extravaganza VI Review:
House Of Truth Segment: Truth Martini announces ACH missed his flight and won't be here tonight. I thought the line that ACH claims it stands for Adrenaline Charisma Heart but him not showing up just proves ACH stands for A Crack Head was a good 1) Then Cedric Alexander comes out and tells Jay Lethal he deserves a title shot because he beat Lethal in the Golden Gauntlet on ROH TV. Lethal says no and Cedric's come back was not that good but Lethal says yes anyway then Jay tries to cheap shot Cedric but misses and hits Seleyzia instead and Cedric leaving while smiling made him come off as a total douche. Not the best segment but it set up the TV Title Match and had logic as tto why the match is happening so I'll give it a pass.

Hanson vs Mark Briscoe: **3/4 Good opener Hanson has been consistently putting on good to great matches with upper midcard to main eventers in ROH and this was 1 of them my only complaint was Hanson won a match over Roderick Strong aa few weeks earlier and seems to be getting the push so why would he get booked to lose?

Tomasso Ciampa/Nigel McGuinness Confrontation: REALLY GOOD!

4 Corner Survival Match RD Evans & Moose vs Monster Mafia (Ethan Gabriel Owens and Josh Alexander) vs The Decade (Adam Page and BJ Whitmer) vs Caprice Coleman & Takaaki Watanabe: *** Nice spot fest Monster Mafia had a few nice spots I like and the crazy dives to the outside spot was bigger than they usually are and since I'm a mark for those sequences I'm fine with it plus TheNewStreak is awesome

The Addiction (Christopher Daniels and Kazarian) vs The Decade (Jimmy Jacobs and Roderick Strong): *** Not as long as I wanted it to be but good for the time it lasted

AJ Styles vs Adam Cole: ****1/2 AWESOME! AJ and Cole are 2 of the best wrestlers in the world today and giving them 20+ minutes with great psychology and a sick finish like a SUPER BLOODY SUNDAY! makes this an easy choice for 1 of my top 3 ROH matches for 2014

Intermission: GREAT!!! showed highlights of the 2 previous Young Bucks vs reDRagon matches and this made me excited as F*ck to see the 2/3 Falls match tonight

Maria and Michael Bennett "Trench coat" Segment: Maria announces "Matt's coming back" which while some (myself included) saw it coming was still a nice swerve when it turned out to be Taven. Then announces that what was under her trench coat was Jay Briscoe's customized title they have redesigned into the "Title Of Love" and were going to consummate the Title Of Love in the middle of the ring... but right before they do it Mark Briscoe runs them off and announces Jay will come back and get the belt back after he wins the belt from them. Great I thought it was a nice touch to have Corino pull out his phone and try to video tape Mike and Maria banging.

ROH World TV Title Match Cedric Alexander vs Jay Lethal: ***1/2 Really good match with some great high spots. Although the fact that the Taven/Lethal feud never started up again after this it was kind of odd for Lethal to use Taven's Climax Finisher and scream his name while doing it

ROH World Title Match Michael Elgin vs Jay Briscoe: **** Great match. Just 2 big tough brawlers beating the sh*t out of each other for 20 minutes. Some of the spots came off as if the warranted a DQ but once in a while for big World Title defenses like this is I'm fine with the "This match is so huge the referee's giving the wrestlers a little leeway" argument. BTW JAY F**KING BRISCOE WON BACK THE ROH WORLD TITLE!!!!!!! That alone makes this match must see regardless of the match quality

2/3 Falls Match for the ROH World Tag Team Titles Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) vs reDRagon (Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish): ****1/4 THIS WAS AWESOME! This was just 20 minutes of non stop, fast paced action. I marked out like crazy for the Package Piledriver/Superkick that got the Bucks the 2nd fall. BTW when watch a Young Bucks match in ROH it's fun to scream SUPER KICK!!! With Corino
Post Match: Tomasso Ciampa attacks both Bucks hit Project Ciampa on Matt and pulls the ring canvas up and drops Nick neck first on the exposed wood to end the show
Overall Rating: 9/10 This show was AMAZING!! AJ Styles vs Adam Cole, Young Bucks vs reDRagon and Jay Briscoe vs Michael Elgin are well worth going out of your way to see along with every other match being decent to great as well. Highly recommended
