Yeah... I'm not happy about this. reDRagon have been such great champs and they JUST seem to have started something with Adrenaline Rush. You'd think they would have learned their lesson about taking the belts off of reDRagon with no build after the debacle last summer, but apparently not.

i;m 100% behind if it leads anywhere and not just a quick switcharoo to get them back to reDragon. at least more shows for the Bucks in ROHBig Red Machine wrote:Yeah... Don't get too excited. I expect them to lose the belts at either Global Wars or War of the Worlds.cero2k wrote:i;m 100% behind if it leads anywhere and not just a quick switcharoo to get them back to reDragon. at least more shows for the Bucks in ROHBig Red Machine wrote:Yeah... I'm happy about this; I think the Bucks a LOOONG overdue for an actual run with the ROH titles. And I am not much of a big reDRagon fan. I like Kyle, but Fisn is pretty lame in the ring, He's kinda funny, but he doesn't seem to do very much. I fast forward through almost any of his singles matches bc I don't feel like he does much bell-to-bell besides talk (which is pretty entertaining right now.

Don't like Bobby Fish?! Really?badnewzxl wrote:I'm happy about this; I think the Bucks a LOOONG overdue for an actual run with the ROH titles. And I am not much of a big reDRagon fan. And I really don't think that Bucks are "overdue" for a title reign. They are an awesome team, but they really haven't done much in ROH. They were in for some random matches and a lot of those matches were great, but they really only had one feud (against ANX) and it really wasn't that good.

I liked their mini feud with the Dark City Fight Club, but you're right about them not doing much in ROH. Still, I felt that if there were any team unknown to general tv audiences that a promotion could put the titles on and really build a decent division around, it was the Bucks. They started to get over in TNA, but then they were out the door. They're pretty popular internationally as well; I've always thought of them in the same light as WGTT, Shingo & Doi, Kings of Wrestling (their first win), and other teams whose rep around the globe was enough. They've got everything ROH aims to give its fans; just thought they'd have gotten a short run y now.Big Red Machine wrote:Don't like Bobby Fish?! And yeah, really, really don't like Bobby Fish. Joey Ryan's the same. Not completely sure how to explain it; They don't seem consistently awesome to me, but they do each have their moments.

Re: Big **SPOILERS** From Chicago Ridge Show!
i wouldn't say title reign, but surely a roster spot. for a promotion to claim and drive by saying they have the best wrestling in the world, and not have the best god damn tag team in the world, it just doesn't fit. They fly people from all over the country pretty much and to not fly the Bucks is stupid. they are well worth the investment.Big Red Machine wrote:Don't like Bobby Fish?! They actually don't fly people in from all over. Most of their guys are northeast or midwest guys. They have said before that the reason they spotted using the Bucks last time (and TJP) was purely financial. Last year they were only bringing them in for big shows. Business appears to be up, so I assume this means they will come in more often.cero2k wrote:i wouldn't say title reign, but surely a roster spot. for a promotion to claim and drive by saying they have the best wrestling in the world, and not have the best god damn tag team in the world, it just doesn't fit. Re: Big **SPOILERS** From Chicago Ridge Show!
yeah, i remember that used to be the case, but at this point, and i don't know how spread out is the roster, but i would imagine that flying in ACH from Texas and Roddy from Tampa to say NY or Chicago would be as costly as flying in the bucks, and like i said, from all the guys out there, the bucks are worth flying in, same with TJ, the level of wrestling these guys do is worth the investment.Big Red Machine wrote: They actually don't fly people in from all over.
