Good promo, but I didn't like the opening simply because Jay has been in MUCH more heated feuds than this (Steenerico, Age of the Fall).

Anyway, I'd guess that Jay wins here to set up a title match at the Anniversary Show. Best way to do it would probably be to have the title match set for the San Antonio show and have Cole cheat to win, then have management give Jay a title shot at the Anniversary Show in a gimmick match. Giving Cole these two wins would also even them up at 2-2 in title matches, so after giving Jay more build you could do a third match down the line (though I expect Elgin to win the belt before that can happen).
