Bobby Roode was briefly announced as working the June WWE NXT UK tour dates by the official WWE UK Twitter account, but the Tweet was quickly deleted. We have heard that Roode signed a deal with WWE NXT at the last NXT TV Taping in Florida, where he was backstage but did not appear.

Eric Young was interviewed by Niagara This Week to promote tomorrow's House of Harcore 13 event in Niagara Falls, Ontario and when his WWE status was asked about, Young commented, "We are working on contract stuff now, but there isn’t a final pen to paper yet.” Young noted during the interview that he was initially at the NXT TV taping to meet with Triple H but the chance to work against Samoa Joe was brought up and he jumped in and did the match, which aired this past Wednesday.
