– NJPW is interested in using Moose later this year. His ROH contract expires in June, and Moose has developed a cult type following in Japan. NJPW previously signed Michael Elgin when his ROH deal ended.
– Kenny Omega will be at the Toronto War of the Worlds Show. He hasn’t been announced of other joint ROH/NJPW shows due to VISA issues.
– NJPW young lion Jay White is scheduled to be an ROH regular later this year. This will be his learning excursion, which is the next step in the young lion process. ROH is reportedly very high on him.

100% this. I think ROH is really the best place for White, as opportunities for Jr. Heavyweight gaijin are pretty limited in New Japan (especially with New Japan clearly signalling that this is going to be KUSHIDA's division for a long time coming, plus the fact that whenever Sho Tanaka and Yohei Komatsu get back from their excursions, they should be pushed as pretty big deals, plus they have Taichi and Ishimori to bring in from NOAH whenever they want), and I think being a foreigner who doesn't work the Lucha style would limit opportunities for him in Mexico. ROH is definitely the best place for him in the long term as well as the short term.cero2k wrote:ok, so this answers my question if gaijins also need to leave on excursion, and two, Jay White in ROH! I'm guessing Fuijin and Raijin will be brought in as a japanese tag team since they're really lacking in that area and White could fill out that gaijin spot that Kenny left open, yet i completely agree that his best place to be would be ROH.Big Red Machine wrote: 100% this.
