WWE will tape Smackdown tonight in San Diego, CA with the continuation of the WWE Tag Team contenders tournament featuring Goldust & R-Truth vs The Vaudevillains and The Ascension vs. Enzo Amore & Colin Cassady.

The first part of the Total Divas season finale will air tonight on E! with the Divas in Paris and since they gave it away, Rosa Mendes getting engaged.

I caught the latest episode of the Edge and Christian Show last night and well, it's pretty damn awesome, sort of a fever dream of wrestling lore and ridiculousness. Paul Heyman, Tommy Dreamer, Bayley, AJ Styles and even Brutus Beefcake show up and well, it's worth checking out. Virgin, Gene Okerlund and Sean Mooney are slated for next week's episode.

Nikko Gerard sent the following from Dubai:

I was at the Dubai comic con (Middle East Film and Comic Con) last weekend and Randy Orton was there. They had a big WWE booth at the convention with a Titantron, and fans could re-enact their favorite wrestlers entrances with music and video. It was a nice touch.



They also had glass cases with an old Trish Stratus outfit, Eddie Guerrero's boots, the Money In The bank suitcase on display:


On the second day, I was browsing around and heard people screaming around that area, so I went there to see that Randy Orton's music had been playing, and instead of a fan, the actual Randy Orton came out, to surprise the fans. He then played judge to other people imitating his entrance, giving thumbs up and thumbs down.

An hour later, there was a panel with him and he came across as really nice, thanking the people, plugging this weekend's show in Dubai (WWE Dune Bash). He said he's still rehabbing his shoulder but should be ready soon.

There was a Q and A with fans, here are some highlights:

-He would love to have a match with Finn Balor or Sami Zayn.

-He owns about 20 different wrestling outfits, some he wore only once and some he wears more than he should and he joked with the fan that he'll wear his favorite at SummerSlam, so the fan will know he wore it because of him.

-He got in the business because of his dad, and family.

-He prefers to be a heel, because a babyface is too easy, while being hated is more demanding and fun.

-A fan asked to see his abs, and he said that his wife is half Puerto Rican and half Italian, so he eats REALLY good food these days at home, and the abs are gone, but he promised to get them back before he returns.

-He was really friendly, and joked around with the fans, and even made fun of the panel moderator, who had glittery shoes, and he kept making fun of him for that, coming back to that every now and then.

Orton was thankful to the fans and said he really liked Dubai, and he was there with his wife and kids.

I went to the cinema and saw a commercial for this weekend's shows. It seems that there will be Dean Ambrose vs. Kevin Owens in some sort of Street Fight match, and the U.S. title will be defended against Alberto Del Rio.

As noted on PWInsider, there is also a fitness experience with Ryback planned before the shows, where fan can train with Ryback, but I haven't heard much about it.
