Dean Ambrose defeated Tyler Breeze and Dolph Ziggler in a Triple Threat to become the #1 contender to the WWE Intercontinental Title. Ambrose will get his title shot at the December 13th WWE TLC pay-per-view from Boston.

Here’s what the card looks like as of this writing:

TLC Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Title
Roman Reigns vs. Sheamus

WWE Intercontinental Title Match
Dean Ambrose vs. Kevin Owens

Other likely matches look to be Jack Swagger vs WWE United States Champion Alberto Del Rio and The Lucha Dragons vs. The Usos vs. WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day.

Two problems here:
1. Dean has pinned Owens at least twice in the past month... but he still has to win a triple threat match with two guys who have been trading wins back and forth in order to become #1 contender?

2. Smackdown has been such a completely worthless show with nothing important ever happening on it... and the one time they pick to put something important on it is the week when BY FAR the fewest people will be watching. That's stupid.
