– We noted earlier this year that there was a feeling among some within WWE that Dean Ambrose was being held back by the booking but there could be more to it than that. Rumor has it that Ambrose was recently asked to tone down his in-ring style. Apparently some WWE higher-ups feel that he goes too hard in the ring and it’s taking a toll on his body.

– Dolph Ziggler was apparently ribbed backstage recently for debuting his new look gear with people saying he looked like Shawn Michaels in the early 90′s.

And probably a fair comparison. Ziggler is to modern WWE what Michaels was to the WWE in the 90s, in my opinion.

Would love to be able to see the two of them go at it with Michaels in his prime. Time-travelling dream match.

There is no fair comparison to the greatest ever. Especially not someone who really can't cut a promo.
When they come, they'll come at what you love.

Yes btw, if we've never been over it before-Shawn has my spot in my mind as the number 1 of all time. Below him are Ric and The Undertaker, though I'm not always sure who overcomes who and why/for what reasons.

I started to name off the things they possess and then go from there, but not to be.

I think Shawn is number 1 of all time regardless of who you ask. Everyone I've ever talked to says so anyway. I'm not implying that Ziggler is as good as Shawn is, but I can see how people in the back might be ribbing him for resembling Shawn. What I am saying is that I think that Ziggler is the most talented guy athletically on the roster today. Sure there are things he's missing, but the same can be said for everyone.

And I like his promos!
