Hulk Hogan's camp has reportedly filed new court documents against Gawker, claiming the website leaked sealed testimony from their ongoing court battle to de-fame him.

According to TMZ, Hogan is accusing Gawker's Nick Denton and/or former executive A.J. Daulerio of leaking the audio track from Hogan's 2006 sexual encounter with Heather Clem, the ex-wife of radio host Bubba the Love Sponge, where Hogan made a series of offensive remarks.

The audio portion was deemed "confidential" by the Florida judge presiding over the Hogan vs. Gawker lawsuit, blocking all involved parties from making the transcript public.

Last week, the National Enquirer released portions of the transcript focusing on Hogan's racially-driven rant that included use of the n-word and other derogatory comments. The Enquirer released more 2006 comments this week, including use of the homophobic f-word, as part of their piecemeal approach to releasing the audio contents.

Hogan said in the new court documents that he believes Gawker execs leaked the story to the Enquirer to "make Hogan look bad and damage his case against them."

Now, Hogan is asking a Florida judge to investigate whether Gawker leaked the transcript, which would be violation of the court order, and award Hogan the $100 million lawsuit if proven that Gawker was involved.

Hogan also wants Nick Denton jailed for violating the court order if proven to be involved.

Hogan's lead attorney, David Houston, said last week that they will "bury" Gawker if they find out the website was involved in leaking the tape.

"I have my suspicions, as you can imagine,” Houston told Fox News last week. “If I can find out it is Gawker who leaked the transcripts, we will bury them.”

Gawker's attorney, Heather Dietrick, replied at the time: "Hulk Hogan has only one person to blame for what he said and no one from Gawker had any role in leaking that information."

UPDATE: Gawker reiterated their position on Wednesday. A statement attributed to representative Heather Dietrick submitted to PWTorch reads: "Hulk Hogan has only one person to blame for what he said and no one from Gawker had any role in leaking that information."
