This seems like it'd do a lot better with a week or two of build. One for Serena's surprise debut attacking Mickie, and maybe another for Mickie to cut an angry promo to make the challenge for the "one more match" they have been promising this whole time
*Losing Team Disbands: The Beat Down Clan vs. The Rising - Handicap Elimination Match.
Well... this is totally out of nowhere
*Mr. Anderson vs. Bram.
They should cut this for time. They've already got too much stuff going on on this show, and that is including the fact that they've got to devote an entire quarter of the show to just the actual match of Wolves vs. Aries & Roode, never mind the intros and post-match celebration

Re: DIXIE CARTER COMMENTS ON TNA RATINGS, BELL TO BELL LINEUP, MAGNUS PAYS TRIBUTE AND MORE
I've read it before but seeing it like this only truly puts the correct emphasis on it-Storm and Magnus just left and had their last match-but now here they are in a mixed tag? No! No! No!
How the fuck do you tape out of sequence this badly? Or whatever it is they're doing that causes this. What are they going to do, have them actually continue a whole "feud" with Serena involved now, weeks down the road? And how do you explain this? How do u kayfabe this?
You don't, because at the time, both men were actively competing within the company. You can't alter time and space, TNA.

When they come, they'll come at what you love.

Well now this completely changes my opinions on the ending to Magnus vs Storm, maybe the finish does make sense now

they've been promoting it since last week, there are promos from each team out since last thursday

agree, plus Bram vs Anderson sounds boring as fuck

If it's important, it should be on the TV. I don't go to the website or their YouTube page and I'm not on Twitter. How am I supposed to know about it?
And even more annoyingly... where did this come from in terms of the story? It wasn't build up to. The whole feud has gone nowhere. There has been no escalation to this big climactic match.

Re: DIXIE CARTER COMMENTS ON TNA RATINGS, BELL TO BELL LINEUP, MAGNUS PAYS TRIBUTE AND MORE
That's a good point I actually haven't heard anyone make yet. TNA could have easily let the PPV match be the blow-off by simply NOT CONTINUING THE FEUD ON THESE TAPINGS.KILLdozer wrote:I've read it before but seeing it like this only truly puts the correct emphasis on it-Storm and Magnus just left and had their last match-but now here they are in a mixed tag? they haven't left in storyline or kayfabe, they had a match with a fluke win, perfectly easy to continue.Big Red Machine wrote:That's a good point I actually haven't heard anyone make yet. Re: DIXIE CARTER COMMENTS ON TNA RATINGS, BELL TO BELL LINEUP, MAGNUS PAYS TRIBUTE AND MORE
It seems a lot more sensible to me to do a real blow-off on the PPV while using the upcoming TV tapings to wrap up whatever lose ends you can with these guys before they leave (or use the time to focus on new post-PPV feuds). That would at least give some real value to the PPV.cero2k wrote:they haven't left in storyline or kayfabe, they had a match with a fluke win, perfectly easy to continue.Big Red Machine wrote:That's a good point I actually haven't heard anyone make yet.
