Hey, guys. What was your favorite match on the PPV?
I thought Rusev vs Cena was by far the best match on the card. It made Rusev look like an absolute beast despite cheating, and still made Cena look stronk.

I thought Cena vs. Rusev was awesome, but Reigns vs. Bryan was even better.

Reigns vs. Bryan was very good, but I think it only highlighted a lot of Reigns' weaknesses which brought it down in my eyes. I suppose I might just be suffering from smarkiness, considering that it was more clear who was going to win Bryan vs. Reigns than Rusev vs. Cena.Big Red Machine wrote:I thought Cena vs. Rusev was awesome, but Reigns vs. Bryan was even better.

Really? I got the exact opposite impression on all counts. The match proved that Reigns is a guy who can at least be caried to a great match, and probably has the potential to carry others in the future. Cena Rusev only had three possible finishes in my eyes: Rusev gets DQed for not breaking before a five count, Rusev wins by ref stoppage (likely involving Cena's eye), or Cena passes out in the accolade, and once Dean vs. Barrett went to a DQ for not breaking before the five count, it seemed like a foregone concliuson that Rusev the win, with the only question being how.Chris Everlast wrote:Reigns vs. Bryan was very good, but I think it only highlighted a lot of Reigns' weaknesses which brought it down in my eyes. My top match was Bryan vs Reigns and when it comes to Rusev vs Cena I think it'll be Cena takes a week or 2 off to sell the beating he took then come out and cut a promo saying he never gave up and he faces Rusev in an I Quit Match at Wrestlemania then beats Rusev then so Cena wins the US Title automatically elevating it, Rusev looks stronger that he beat Cena and Rusev is still unpinned and unsubmittedReigns vs. Bryan was very good, but I think it only highlighted a lot of Reigns' weaknesses which brought it down in my eyes. Wouldn't quitting in an I Quit match be a verbal submission?Bulletclubfan2014 wrote:My top match was Bryan vs Reigns and when it comes to Rusev vs Cena I think it'll be Cena takes a week or 2 off to sell the beating he took then come out and cut a promo saying he never gave up and he faces Rusev in an I Quit Match at Wrestlemania then beats Rusev then so Cena wins the US Title automatically elevating it, Rusev looks stronger that he beat Cena and Rusev is still unpinned and unsubmittedReigns vs. Bryan was very good, but I think it only highlighted a lot of Reigns' weaknesses which brought it down in my eyes. Re: Favorite Match on WWE Fastlane
i'm in the Rusev/Cena train. Ambrose/Barrett would have been better if not for that stupid finish IMO. Masters vs Usos was also good, but not long enough. Reigns vs Dragon sucked ass.
