Naofumi Yamamoto will be using the name Yoshitatsu, as one word instead of Yoshi Tatsu like in WWE. The reason is he’s better known as Yoshitatsu than by his real name, but WWE owns the name Yoshi Tatsu. However, he feels he can go as Yoshitatsu, because it is his father’s real first name. His new gimmick is that he’s the Bullet Club hunter and even has a Bullet Club hunter T-shirt. He did a promo saying that in the U.S., a lot of the WWE and NXT wrestlers and staff members wear Bullet Club T-shirts, and they are even worn at WWE headquarters (they wouldn’t be if the people in charge knew what they were). He said he got sick of seeing WWE and NXT employees wearing those shirts and wants to eliminate them from pro wrestling. It’s all storyline but that’s the story they are going with.

The Bullet Club or just their shirts? I'm kidding, but that's a gimmick I could get behind. Yoshitatsu ridding the world of shitty merchandise ...Big Red Machine wrote:He said he got sick of seeing WWE and NXT employees wearing those shirts and wants to eliminate them from pro wrestling.

That's the long-term plan. Once NJPW builds up a fanbase in the US and Canada via GFW and their relationship with ROH, and in Mexico via their relationship with CMLL, they're going to do a Tatsu-led invasion of WWE in which they destroy merch stands around the country.cero2k wrote:then he should go back to 'Crappy Merchendise" capital of the world WWE.Bob-O wrote:The Bullet Club or just their shirts?
