The full card for the New Japan Pro Wrestling 'King of Pro-Wrestling' event on 13/10 has been announced, with Kazuchika Okada vs. Tetsuya Naito for the Rainmaker's Tokyo Dome title shot on the line and Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. AJ Style for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship being of particular note. NJPW will not be offering the show via UStream, so fans outside of Japan will have to go through Nico Nico to watch it.

Puroresu Spirit reports that there'll be more Wrestle-1 involvement with TNA's upcoming 'Bound For Glory' event than previously thought. MVP will face KAZMA SAKAMOTO and Manic will face Minoru Tanaka. A full card as of the time of writing is available at the linked news post.

Dragon Gate has announced match cards for its first few events of October, available in full at iHeartDG. Of particular interest is a three-match series set for 9/10 pitting Dia Heart against MONSTER EXPRESS. The three-man teams will face off in singles action, pairings being decided by a lottery on the night.

Go Shiozaki defeated Suwama in the finals of the All Japan Pro Wrestling Royal Road Tournament, and in doing so earned a shot at the Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship. Shiozaki was runner-up last year.

Election day for the DDT Dramatic General Election 2014 was an eventful one, with three titles changing hands. Full results area available on the Dramatic DDT blog.

ProWrestling.net has posted a new report on Jim Ross perhaps commentating for New Japan Pro Wrestling in the future. J.R. mentions that he has spoken to NJPW, but no serious meetings have taken place.

In further NJPW in America news, it seems that the Tokyo Dome show in January will be aired on pay-per-view in the US through an arrangement with Jeff Jarrett's Global Force Wrestling. PWInsider has the details on what could be the first big step towards Japanese wrestling making a real impact overseas.
