Hogan Promo -- C+
Shilling the WWE Network and announcing himself as the host of WM XXX. Nothing particularly interesting.
Alberto Del Rio vs. Batista -- C
Nothing particularly exciting happened here during the match, except at the end... "[Batista is] the longest reigning WWE champion". Bruno Sammartino? Hulk Hogan? BOB BACKLUND? Yeah, f- those guys *eyeroll*... Even if the WM main event isn't the title bout, it still shouldn't be heel vs. heel. Here's hoping they at least shoehorn in a deserving babyface.
Big E vs. Cesaro (non-title match) -- A-
Really good! I was getting really into this, the finish seems like a cop-out, but looks like it's going towards a breakup so it doesn't seem without purpose... I especially liked Cesaro's Airplane Spin and Windmill Backbreaker... I found myself laughing at the exchanges between the announcers.
John Cena calls out Bray Wyatt -- B
Wyatt really sells himself well as being borderline psychopathic. I like it... I agree with Lawler, what was Cena thinking calling these guys out. Definitely a "More guts than brains" move. On a slightly unrelated note; I don't know why, but I smile when a heel actually gets a booing reception.
Christian vs. Sheamus -- B
I popped for Sheamus. Some things never change, huh?
Daniel Bryan vs. Kane -- B+
It's really weird for me seeing Kane with a buzz cut... I have to say that JBL makes a good heel announcer. Reminiscent of Lawler in his earlier days... Why do I pop for the heel undoing the face's bandages?...
Summer Rae vs. Emma -- D-
Remember what I said about some things never changing? Yeah, a dull Divas match. There's a shocker... "Two car wrecks in one garage." Got that right...
New Age Outlaws vs. The Usos -- F
Geez those guys look old... What the? It's over just like that? Stinks like my 3-day unwashed undies, but that's neither here nor there...
Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt -- B
For some reason, I like it when a guy enters through the crowd... Whoo, I'm almost getting chills from Wyatt's entrance. That's good stuff... Really liking this slow start for some reason... I keep thinking that rocking chair is going to come into play... I like the tension from the slow pace... Indecisive finish. Should lead to something good...
Block, er BROCK, Lesnar segment. -- A-
"He only works short bursts solely for the money, but he DESERVES the title" Words of wisdom from Block, I mean BROCK, Lesnar's agent. Nothing against Paul, though. He's a good manager... Ohhhh SH*T!!! YESYESYESYES!!!... I'm like a kid with a $20 in a candy shop here!... Even at 24, Taker's entrance still gives me chills... I love Undertaker, can't you tell?
Overall, with my biases considered, I give this show a solid B. Good show here.
