Yes he did, and yes they did! Holy Crap!

Ziggler is the real deal and if that celebration doesn't make the opening montage of Raw then WWE truly has no faith in the present. THAT was the "moment" that was missing from Wrestlemania.

One of the better cash-in's they've done, too. When Del Rio locked in the arm bar, you could FEEL Ziggler's frustraion, and I really thought Del Rio might pull it off! Good stuff. :D

Same here... and I was worried that fans might actually start throwing trash in the ring.

I really think they way they are playing him and letting him be creative that the fans will like him for a long time

any examples? bc I don't know what the hell you're talking about. Ziggler hasn't even been involved in a storyline since his feud with Cena (I don't count the rushed feud with him and Langston v. HellNo; that only ran for about 3 wks....

was more talken bout in ring work

and just because he's a champ doesnt mean he has to have a storyline...maybe he can just a normal champ for once and just beat people in line (far fetched i know)

I feel like Del Rio was pretty much doing the same thing and the fans turned on him, too. I don't doubt that Ziggler can make it through as a heel when the crowd begins to boo him again; I'm just referring to how the WWE crowd can be insanely behind something for a bit, then completely turn on it.

The Jersey crowd was a smarky, hardcore crowd, but the rest of the WWE Universe is going to fall in line at first: I bet this monday the fans cheer Ziggler, too; just like they cheered ADR while they were in the Southwest. I thought ADR was awesome as champ and a decent face (better than I'd expected), but over the weeks I watched the fans turn on him. It just bothers me how fickle WWE Universe is; they try to cheer someone when it's cool to, then they turn as soon as the realize the IWC's been ripping on the idea from the beginning, then they sudden'y are 'tired' of them....
