I saw a fan cam video. There was a guy pushed Punk more than once, nearly down the stairs at one point. It was the guy behind the guy getting decked. Punk lashes out, hits the wrong guy without realising it.

Personally I just put it down to a case of mistaken identity, and that it should just be dropped.

Yea ive heard of that too,I was wondering what would come of it this morning...But I understand the thought process...Of course wrong guy and all...But he was on live tv at WORK no less...You cant just hit a guy in the crowd where it could possibly be on camera...Granted it wasnt since VInce was on screen but it could have been.
