OPENING SEGMENT- not good. I usually like these types of segments, but I wasn't into this one.

RYBACK vs. JINDER MAHAL- 3.25/10
Good for what it was. Jinder got some offense in, but Ryback dominated once he got going.

ALICIA FOX vs. LAYLA EL- 2.5/10
After the match, Eve came out and was awkward.

SHEAMUS & ZIGGLER BACKSTAGE- good

HEATH SLATER vs. SIN CARA- 4/10
But great for the time it was given, and a great finish.

SHEMAUS vs. DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Vickie Guerrero)- 4.75/10
Good match, but the cash-in teases are annoying.

SANTINO PROMO SEGMENT WITH AKSANA & CESARO- GREAT!

KOFI KINGSTON & R-TRUTH vs. PRIMO & EPICO (w/Rose Mendes)- 4/10
The real highlight of this was The Primetime Players on commentary. Yes, AW was a great manager... but it's not like these guys are helpless on the mic. O'Neil, especially, was great.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT WITH THE VARIOUS TAG TEAMS- good.

#1 CONTENDERSHIP MATCH: Randy Orton vs. Alberto Del Rio (w/Ricardo Rodriguez)- 6.5/10

ZIGGLER TRIES TO CASH-IN- I didn't like it. I absolutely hate these teases. Yeah, I know, it sets up for Orton vs. Ziggler, but the teases are still annoying.

Overall, an okay episode of Smackdown. I wish it had been a lot better in the ring.

I was kind of bothered with Santino talking about the cobra as if it were a separate entity entirely.
Either he's being silly and I wasn't paying attention or he really is treating the cobra as another entity which
makes it retarded.

Also, I wasn't aware the Swiss had their own distinct language. I thought it was just French and German.

It is comedy, IMO. That sort of thing is allowed, just so long as others treat it as such. Little Jimmy, for example, has gotten way out of hand, and has thus ceased to be funny.

You're dead on about PTP; they were absolute gold on commentary! If they let these two keep going on the mic they WILL get over. They just need to be consistent.

I was VERY surprised that Orton lost clean to Del Rio; AND HE TAPPED!!!! When was the last time someone made Orton TAP? That hit me big time....

I was definitely worried it was dipping towards the latter.

Props to WWE for having faith in Del Rio.
