Don't know if this bothers anyone else...

I keep hearing about off camera segments at SmackDown tapings mostly where Triple H pedigrees people. That really irks me because it's like he's burying people. What's the damn point of it?

i agree with you, i wouldn't have a problem if it meant anything, but it's just to make the crowd pop out of nowhere

It's this. It is like the post-Raw Cena dark match, except Cena isn't there. I'm sure it will end up being post-SD Orton dark matches soon enough.

I dont understand why it's done at all. I read about it and i wouldn't have a problem with it if it was someone who wasn't going anywhere but i think one time he did it to Ziggler and it was this year too. Thats stupid.

It's not televised though, so nobody's really getting buried.

There's two scenario's here, and I'm actually ok with them both. First is Trips coming out to put down lower card guys that already got buried, like Heath Slater after Legends segments. Second is those guys that actually have something going for them like Ziggler and Bryan, and I think it's more of a rub for them than burial. It's not like Ryback or Brodus are coming to save the day, it's TRIPLE freakin' H. Yes, he's making quick work of them, but I think it's a rub in that they apparently got his attention! For a heel, that's pretty cool. Eating that Pedigree is today's equivalent of taking a Hogan Leg Drop.

Overall, I see it has harmless and a nice mid show thrill for the live crowd.
