NOTE: Some of these matches were taped for an upcoming edition of ROH's television show and thus this contains spoilers.
The event was held in the South Grand Hall of the Charleston Civic Center.
The Briscos cut a promo recorded outside the civic center about an hour before the show. Jay seemed to be confused by Paradyse's gimmick and wanted to know when they started doing intergender matches in Ring of Honor.
Before the show Eddie Edwards, Michael Elgin, and The Briscoes were doing autographs near the merchandise table.
Prior to the show "B.T." and "Reevis" two local D.J.s whose stations were cross-promoting the event cut promos hyping the "Radio Wars" tag match later on. Reevis tries to turn heel on the crowd but frankly the crowd didn't seem to care.
Jim Cornette and Kevin Kelly introduced the show. Huge chant for Jim Cornette. A technical error delayed the start of the show proper.
Match 1: The All Night Express defeated Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander
- Finish saw Kenny King hit a springboard Doomsday Device on Colmen.
Match 2: Adam Cole defeated Roderick Strong, B.J. Whitmer, and Kyle O'Reilly in a Four Corners Match
- Cole pinned Strong after B.J. Whitmer suplexed Kyle O'Reilly outside of the ring.
Match 3: Davey Richards battled Mike Mondo to a time limit draw.
- Richards had Mondo trapped in ankle lock in the final seconds, but Mondo didn't tap until immediately after the time limit expired. Davey cut a fiery baby face promo post match
Match 4: The Bisco Brothers (With B.T.) defeated Totally Awesome (Chris Silvo and Paradyse with Reevis) in a "Radio Wars" Tag Match
- The gimmick was that each tag team had a DJ from a rival radio station in their corner. Reevis tried to interfere on Totally Awesome's behalf but was thwarted. The bulk of the match was comedy spots revolving around Paradyse who does an Andrian Street homage as his gimmick. Crowd hated both djs but loved the Briscos.
- Post match Totally Awesome turned on Reevis. The Briscos made the save presumably so Reevis wouldn't have to take any bumps.
Intermission: Kevin Steen, Charlie Haus, and Jay Lethal all did autographs. Jim Cornette and Kevin Kelly did a brief in-ring segment where they interviewed the head of two local TV stations, and one of the event's sponsors.
Match 5: Jay Lethal defeated "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin via pinfall.
- Lethal hit his finisher after Elgin was distracted by Roderick Strong. Earlier in the match Strong had tried to interfere against Lethal but it backfired, prompting Elgin to argue with him. Before the match Elgin shook Lethal's hand, and Elgin seems to be continuing his subtle face-turn.
- Post match Elgin and Strong glared angry at each other and looked ready to fight.. The crowd chanted "Elgin's Going to Kill You" at Strong. Elgin grabbed the microphone and told Roderick that the crowd was right and that he will kill Roderick if he interferes with any more of his matches. Elgin then stormed off to the back alone. Truth hastily grabbed the microphone to assure us there was no dissention in The House of Truth.
Match 6: Kevin Steen retained the RoH World Title by pinning Eddie Edwards.
- Before the match they shot an angle for television where Steen and Jim Cornette cut promos on each other. It boiled down to Cornette announcing that if Kevin Steen retains the belt at "Best in the World" every match he has from that point on would have the belt on the line. Cornette doesn't care who takes the title off him just so long as it happens.
- Eddie tried to play babyface but the crowd just loved Steen. There was lots of crazy brawling on the floor. So many people were on their feat that I couldn't quite see the finish.
Match 7: Jay Briscoe defeated Charlie Haus in a Texas Deathmatch
- Lots, and lots of brawling on the floor and some painful sounding bumps against the ring barricades by both guys. At one point a table was brought in the ring and Jay hit a flying top-rope stomp with Charlie on-top of it. Charlie Haus teased using the ether soaked rag like he used at Border Wars, but Jay stole it away. Finish saw Jay clocking Charlie upside the head with the spray-can that Charlie used on the rag. Haus tried to use the ropes to pull himself up to beat the 10 count but fell out of the ring.
- Jay grabbed the microphone to thank the crowd that had been hot all night. He said that the feud with Haus & Benjamin may have gone too far, but tonight he kicked Haus's ass. He then told the crowd that RoH will return to Charleston.
