Kane and AJ Will Only Slow CM Punk and Daniel Bryan Down

CM Punk and Daniel Bryan have a great in-ring program working, but Kane's style and AJ's presence is a mismatch for these two technical geniuses. Don't get me wrong, Kane is one of my all-time favorites. He deserves to be in the mix with the best in the world, but his presence will force the match to move at a slower pace.

Throw in the AJ dynamic and now things could really be turned back from what we saw at Over the Limit. We know AJ has to appear on the ring apron at least once. She'll have to interact with at least one superstar after they're thrown out of the ring.

It's only expected when a manager/valet-type is made to be a major part of a storyline.

Punk and Bryan worked an instant classic last month. Check out the highlights:

But with Kane in the match, and the responsibility to work AJ's drama angle in, something has to suffer. I'm guessing that something will be the wrestling action.

AJ is a tasty bit of eye-candy, but is her presence worth sacrificing another Punk and Bryan classic?

I want to see as much of AJ as WWE programming will allow, but the answer to that question depends on the WWE fan you ask. Most probably don't mind Kane's presence, even though you have to acknowledge he changes the dynamics quite a bit. Some will resent AJ being there if the match comes off corny.

Either way, we can say goodbye to the surfboards and other body-contorting submission holds we saw at Over the Limit. Kane isn't flexible to be put in any of those holds, and where would he be in the action while Punk or Bryan are attempting to submit each other?

It just doesn't fit.

Hopefully the four of them can put on a great show. They will have to fill the gaps left by the absence of wrestling brilliance with wrestling drama. We'll see what happens.

Neither. This match will tell a different type of story than their match at Over The Limit did.

wrestling wise, i'm mostly worried about aj, i don't want this match to turn into a segment of sorts like we saw on raw.
