Daniel Bryan defends his World Heavyweight Championship against: Big Show, Santino Marella, Great Khali, Cody Rhodes & Wade Barrett. Who will walk out of the Elimination Chamber as the World Heavyweight Champion?

The only other viable pick in my opinion is Big Show, but I expect it to by Bryan.

I voted for Santino. I say Santino wins the title in the chamber, and Bryan wins it back in his rematch on Smackdown. After this reign, Dragon needs to start this journey to Wrestlemania with a real win. They've focused too hard on the "weaselly" aspect of his character and not enough on the "awesome wrestler" aspect. Winning his title back would help this cause, and a Santino win in the chamber should draw a TON of interest to Smackdown for everyone to see it - also putting a TON of heel heat on Dragon. Real heat for beating a hot babyface clean.

It's a longshot, but I like the sounds of it.

A win over Santino does not make one look strong.

This. And the weaselly aspect is something I love, almost a Miz of 12 months ago.

It always goes back to some of the Ric Flair reigns. "This guy needs to lose, he's winning by circumstance"... Theoretically people will pay to see this guy get his comeuppance & lose, but each time he always gets away with it... which pisses the fans off more... which makes the build more.

It's one of the oldest booking tricks there is, and it works well best with the smaller Champions (Miz, Bryan etc).

A win over Santino in this scenario would. Maybe I was just tired when I watched it, but it looked to me like when Santino won the battle royal he started to show some sincerity in his celebration. If they went a "After all these years I never thought this would be possible..." direction with Santino, a good clean Daniel Bryan win would make him look stronger than you think. I'm thinking Mick Foley's first reign, only ended the next night.

Lynas, I'm glad you brought Flair up, because I see a lot of similarities. The difference being, even as a heel, Flair still would pick up the clean win here and there to remind us that he was an awesome wrestler. I'm not saying they need to shift this reign into a Daniel Bryan "Credible Fighting Champion" one, absolutely not. I'm just looking for them to remind us that he's the best worker on the roster. Maybe a few matches with Justin Gabriel would do the trick, but winning the title off of a Santino who has dropped the comedy crap because of how much the title means to him the next night... I'd watch that.

There isn't enough time to establish "no more comedy" with Santino all in one night.
