Last night CM Punk retained his WWE Championship with little drama. RAW Interm GM John Laurinaitus held up his end of the bargain and called the match fairly. Speaking of Laurinaitus, he will be getting his review tonight by COO Triple H due to his reactions in the past few weeks. Should be interesting to see how that'll turn out.

Sheamus won the Royal Rumble last night, last eliminating Chris Jericho. He may choose who he will face tonight or he might wait, not much is known quite yet. Sheamus entered the Rumble at #22 while Jericho came in at #29. They were the final four along with Orton & Big Show who came in at #28 and #30 respectively.

John Cena vs Kane ended in a Double Count Out last night as they were brawling near the entrance way. The eventually fought backstage where Kane took out Cena then went after Zack Ryder again. He choked Ryder out and brought him towards the ring in his wheelchair. He then tossed Ryder out of the chair, pushed him into the ring and gave him a Tombstone as Eve looked on. Cena eventually came out as Kane was going after Eve but got Chokeslammed.

Results:

Randy Orton defeated Dolph Ziggler w/Vickie Guerrero.
-Orton pinned Ziggler after an RKO.

Brodus Clay defeated Tyler Reks.
-Clay pinned Reks after a Flying Crossbody.

Daniel Bryan defeated CM Punk by Disqualification.
-Jericho attacked Bryan to cause the DQ. Jericho then gave Punk a Codebreaker.

Kofi Kingston defeated The Miz.
-Kingston pinned Miz after Trouble in Paradise.

Beth Phoenix defeated Eve to retain the WWE Divas Championship.
-Phoenix pinned Eve after a Glam Slam.
