BOTB: Program

Post by yourcrapsweak » Jan 5th, '12, 21:59

I wanna ask what program produced the best matches? Consistently?

My pick goes for Undertaker and Mankind back in '96-'98.

a feud doesn't necessarily create good matches (austin McMahon) while a program doesn't always mean two guys are really feuding (Benoit/Booker T Best of seven).

those two were feuding tho; they were fighting for a shot at the tv title. It wasn't a personal feud; it was a competitive feud. Austin v. McMahon was a program; there was a storyline, matches, etc.

I still don't see the difference. Is there anything more specific?

though it's NOT my favourite as i'll have to think about it. the best from the last 5 years was MCMG vs Beer Money in their tag title series.

A program is just a series of matches that two guys have. Usually it's a fued, but I'm talking what guys had the best matches in their program.

I know which angle you are talking about. I am questioning your sanity for bringing it up in this discussion.
