Both matches have similar concepts. A team of wrestlers battling it out in a cage, members coming out at set intervals.
Lockdown is a little different in that after all the team members are in the cage, weapons are lowering into it.
War Games did not have that stip, However in the 1998 Fall Brawl, there were three teams and the winner got a shot at Goldbergs Title. It was a bit of a sham of a match.
'The Warrior' was in it and chased Hogan out of the match. DDP went on to win the title shot. (For a bit of extra fun, check out the Scott Hall v Konnan match from the PPV. You'll cringe and laugh at it.)
What is better: WCW War Games or TNA Lethal Lockdown

I voted for War Games because I always thought that the idea of lowering the weapons down from the roof (or having them attached to the wall, or that sort of thing) was stupid. After I hit the button, though, i realized that my real vote should have been "neither"- ROH's Steel Cage Warfare is better than both of them because it is an elimination match.

Should I add it as an option?

Steel Cage Warfare. Much better match and overall better concept. It's debatable whether elimination or non-elimination makes more sense, but I like elimination better.

I think there's sense in it, which is why I've voted for it.yourcrapsweak wrote:Steel Cage Warfare. Much better match and overall better concept. It's debatable whether elimination or non-elimination makes more sense, but I like elimination better.
I've never really liked Lethal Lockdown, and I've never really like WarGames because most matches in these situations are just car crashes. I like Hardcore Wrestling. Love it in fact, but these just aren't in the grade.
Like so many other things, Ring Of Honor just get it right.

Nothing beats War Games imo, not even Survivor Series.
