Did You Know... The Ladder Match

Post by Serujuunin » Nov 3rd, '11, 12:17

Was invented in Canada? I didn't catch who first concocted it, but it was part of Christian's preamble on the Ladder Match 2: Crash and Burn DVD.

Well I'm not surprised that you knew this. :P

The more I learn about the role Canada, and Calgary in particular has had in wrestling, the more proud I am to be Calgarian. :D

Clearly not proud enough, as you didn't say it right: You forgot your dramatic pause.

Yep. Junkyard Dog was in the first one, I believe.

Seru, you need to spend more time reading random wrestling articles on Wikipedia instead of wasting them on something silly like a social life.

Dan Kroffat wrestled in the 70's? Doug Furnas' partner?

I don't even have a social life. I sit on my computer all day watching wrestling and doing homework, or else working. XP My social life consists of taking the bus home from school with my best friend and talking about wrestling. I keep trying to get her on the forum but she won't do it. :(

nah, this is another, this guy retired in the 80's. invented the ladder match while in Stampede Wrestling. Could be related i guess.
