Okay, so I saw ROH for the first time via the September 30th taping on MyNetwork TV.
Nigel McGuiness on commentary throughout the whole night was awesome. Kevin Kelly however, could use work, he still seems like he's not ready for live TV. The first match (Futureshock vs. Bravado Bros) was great. It gave the uninformed viewer the idea of what they were going to see, fast paced action. I also enjoyed Jim Cornette's spiel on the Code of Honor, and the Best in the World footage, again, giving an uninformed viewer all of the glory of ring of honor action. I also enjoyed how they intertwined promotional videos (advertising the website) with promos from people who weren't featured on the show (Davey, The Briscoes) I enjoyed the holy hell out of WGTT vs. Kings of Wrestling. Having never seen Hero or Claudio wrestle, I was legit in awe of them both. I also forgot how epic Haas and Benjamin were. They were even MORE epic than I remember in WWE, maybe it's because ROH lets people work, I dunno.
Anyway, this was the best televised wrestling I'd seen a while. My only complaint is that there probably could be more matches, and more time (Why is it only an hour???)

ROH on HDNET was an hour long as well so i'm not surprised this was only an hour.

I think 1 hours is good enough for ROH. The roster is small and since there is not much talking, 1 hr is nice.
plus with 1 hr, you can have epic shows like Tyler Black's last ROH show where Jim Cornette came out and said "Davey Richards, Tyler Black, we're gonna cancel the rest of the matches for tonight, the rest of the show is yours" and of course they had an awesome hour long match.
