Will the Kings of Wrestling debut at Night of Champions?
Will the Kings of Wrestling debut at Night of Champions?
News has broken out that WWE has officially signed Claudio Castagnoli so its assumed that Chris Hero being signed is not out of the question. They likely won't be using their current names. With Night of Champions tomorrow night, will the Kings of Wrestling debut tomorrow night?

Re: Will the Kings of Wrestling debut at Night of Champions?
No; I don't see what impact this would have. WWE Universe doesn't know who these guys are and I personally would prefer if the Kings came in unattached to anyone else in the WWE. I don't see why they'd need to be rushed in so quickly, plus, with what's happened with Sin Cara, I wouldn't doubt the WWE would play it safe and have all their new talent spend more time in FCW.
I'll always love to see the Kings, I just don't think it'll happen this soon

Its already been said that when brought in, the Kings would bipass development which i think is a good idea. People dont need to know who they are, they could debut during before or after the tag match and make their intentions known that they want to be the tag team champions. The whole Sin Cara thing was because Sin Cara was working in Mexico where everyone wrestled a different style then in the WWE while the Kings wrestled on the independent scene which isn't much difference then the majority of the guys in the WWE.badnewzxl wrote:No; I don't see what impact this would have. right here (viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4451&sid=db226bbf6 ... c3841032a9) it says Claudio has already reported to FCW; plus Alex Koslov, Jon Moxley, and Tyler Black are still in FCW; Sydal, Low Ki, and Dragon all spent time there as well. Punk was bigger than the KoW are now but he still went to FCW. I don't think they'll make an exception for the Kings. I'll believe it when I see it....Rabid619 wrote:Its already been said that when brought in, the Kings would bipass development which i think is a good idea. Dragon spent time in FCW by his own choice. He wasn't happy with his first dark match (the one against Chavo), so he asked to be able to wrestle a few matches in FCW before debuting on TV to work off the ring rust.badnewzxl wrote:right here (viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4451&sid=db226bbf6 ... c3841032a9) it says Claudio has already reported to FCW; plus Alex Koslov, Jon Moxley, and Tyler Black are still in FCW; Sydal, Low Ki, and Dragon all spent time there as well. They wont, it's too early in the fued.
If they do come in to align with Punk, they need to be introduced by Punk, on RAW, as one of the best tag teams in the world today. CM Punk is the only person that can build them right, because he's the only one who's allowed to say what he likes and mention ROH and the indies, so he could tell the WWE universe just who KoW are.
Even then, Triple H/Punk is far too young for that kind of interference. CM Punk needs to lose dirty tonight for this angle to continue and keep its momentum, because then Punk has something to get revenge for, and he can bring in KoW to help him fight his cause and bring about the change he so badly desires. So no, they won't debut tonight.

Why does Punk need to be the one who has to get revenge. Triple H is a babyface right now. Punk is a tweener.kiel297 wrote:They wont, it's too early in the fued.

Also, KoW don't first need to be introduced by Punk. Having Punk tell us that they are the best tag team in the world is nice, but it would be better to have them put Triple H down with the KRS-ONE, then have Punk put them over as the best tag team in the world the next night on Raw.

The question is whether or not they would debut at Night of Champions. Not if they would help Punk....yourcrapsweak wrote:For god's sake... KOW are NOT COMING IN TO HELP PUNK! Stop fantasizing!

the level of disappointment will be greater when it actually happens and not the way you wanted. It's the kinda thing that can lead you to say "aww, screw this company, i'm going to [enter other company name here]"The Awesome One wrote:Tell me, what is wrong with fantasizing?yourcrapsweak wrote:For god's sake... Re: Will the Kings of Wrestling debut at Night of Champions?
Why would they debut at Night of Champions? Hero isn't even signed yet, and Claudio has yet to debut in FCW, so why would you even ask if two relative unknowns in WWE would debut at a PPV? Come on, Rabs.Rabid619 wrote:The question is whether or not they would debut at Night of Champions. Not if they would help Punk....yourcrapsweak wrote:For god's sake... There's no way they'd be opening about signing Claudio, and allow him to change his twitter stuff, but tell Hero to shut up about it because it's a secret. That'd be stupid.

Re: Will the Kings of Wrestling debut at Night of Champions?
Yeah; ROH had six shows that were a part of the Final Countdown Tour that marked the final shows and matches Dragon had; there was no secret. But I do kinda see what Awesome One is saying; it WOULD have been a huge surprise. The biggest reason I figured it wouldn't happen was bc I knew Nash would show up and WWE ain't gonna have two "unsigned" run ins in one night....yourcrapsweak wrote:It would have been announced. Re: Will the Kings of Wrestling debut at Night of Champions?
Question for all ROH/CHIKARA/PWG fans, have Hero and Claudio been completely written off from all storylines?? especially the DBK??

Re: Will the Kings of Wrestling debut at Night of Champions?
Charlie, Daniel Bryan's initial hiring and his subsequent re-hiring are two completely different ball games here. The first time he was hired, it wasn't kept quiet at all, because there was no reason to keep it quiet that an indie guy had just been signed to a WWE contract. The second time, of course they're gonna keep it quiet that a fan favourite is going to be returning in their top draw match, otherwise the entire surprise aspect is ruined. The Awesome One wrote:Summerslam 2010.......nobody knew he was returning.
