I think you're referring to The Blacktop Bully vs "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes in a King Of The Road match at Uncensored 1995 where the two fought in the back of a flatbed with the plastic sheets off, amongst bales of hay and the person to climb up and sound the horn just above the truck won. According to Rhodes' autobiography, they were instructed by the producer of the segment to blade during the match, and when Dustin questioned it due to the no bleeding policy in WCW, he was told it had been cleared for them to blade in this match. This however turned out not to be the case, and both Blacktop Bully and Dustin Rhodes were fired.
