Daniels gives his thoughts on his career, winning the ECWA Super 8 Tournament for the 2nd time, pretty much everything in his ROH career up to that point (8/2004), Triple X, Michinoku Pro, New Japan, MLW, promoter Court Bauer, he and Sabu creating a gimmick match, Low Ki, and the origins of both his Curry Man and "Fallen Angel" gimmicks.

Overall, this was very good, and is a must own for ROH fans, as Daniels offers a lot of insight into the Prophecy angle, what he liked, didn't like, and what he thought could have been done better.
