THE HUNT & EDDIE DENNIS VS. MARK ANDREWS & “FLASH” MORGAN WEBSTER VIDEO PACKAGES- GREAT!
They actually had a few of these throughout the show, but I figured I’d just mention here that they were all really great.

RAMPAGE BROWN vs. SAXON HUXLEY- 5/10
This was short but GREAT for the time it got. A great mean-guy fight.

PIPER NIVEN ATTACKS JINNY IN THE MIDDLE OF A PHOTO-SHOOT AT NXT UK “MEDIA DAY” AT THE NXT UK PC- good
This was a short pull-apart, but I must gush over the way they framed this. I always prefer the “create a reason for the camera to be there” style, but this took it one level further. This started as a Joseph Conners interview, but right when the interviewer said it was “Media Day” my brain said “well, then there must be other interviews going on here right now, too,” so I looked around, an in the background you could see someone posing in front of an NXT UK background, so when I saw someone else start moving in the direction of that corner, I knew to move my eyes over there and see what’s up. It’s always best to reward fans for paying attention to details, and this is a great example of that; not that Bray Wyatt sh*t where you have fans speculating wildly about sh*t that will never be explained.

SAXTON HUXLEY COMES BACKSTAGE AFTER HIS LOS AND IS WEIRD- This is why I can’t get into Huxley. He comes across as someone playing a crazy mountain man on TV, rather than as someone who actually is a crazy mountain man.

AOIFE VALKYRIE vs. ALEAH JAMES- 3/10
This was fine for the time it got. It was another showcase win for Valkyrie. It’s time to start giving her tougher opponents.

PRETTY DEADLY PROMO- good
They’re interviewing each other while music is playing. They’re being cutesy, but making it work.

ALEXANDER WOLFE vs. JOE COFFEY- 8/10
This was an absolute fight!

JORDAN DEVLIN PROMO- great!
He’s going to start doing open challenges for the Cruiserweight Title because he needs to defend his title in order to have a worthwhile title reign.

MARK ANDREWS & “FLASH” MORGAN WEBSTER vs. THE HUNT (w/Eddie Dennis)- 7.5/10
A great brawl and a good heel win for the first match in this feud.
