WWE applied to trademark 'Barely Legal' and 'Cyberslam' for G & S: Entertainment services, namely, "a show about professional wrestling; entertainment services, namely, the production and exhibition of professional wrestling events rendered live and through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing wrestling news and information through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information."
Barely Legal was the title of the first ECW PPV in April 1997.
Cyberslam was an annual event held in Philadelphia based around an Internet fan convention, held from February 1996 through February 2000 before the company shuttered operations in early 2001.

I would be 6000 percent okay with Barely Legal replacing Extreme Rules.

I'm gonna go BRM here....
You can NOT have 6000 percent of something...no more than 100 constitutes the entire whole of something.
*types in all capitals for 10 paragraphs about fans and announcing. *
When they come, they'll come at what you love.
Re: WWE TRADEMARKS ECW EVENT TITLES
Pretty sure that was Paul E's intention, something that was "edgy", but it didn't age well... pre-To Catch A Predator...
Even Cyberslam feels a little dated, you don't hear about Cyber-anything these days...
But I think a PPV-type show that was exclusively streamed across their channels would be cool!
I doubt they intend on using either one, but it's a good sign that AEW is getting the 'all clear' for Bash At The Beach.

Re: WWE TRADEMARKS ECW EVENT TITLES
You absolutely CAN have 6000 percent of something, it's multiplication. NWK is saying he'd prefer 60 Barely Legal PPV's instead of 1 Extreme Rules PPV. 2 shows a day for the entire month, and with AEW announcing their 10 day marathon, not only do I find this to be a realistic counter by WWE, but I'm also on board.
It also works because under Independant Contractor status, Vince can make these guys work as much as he wants making this... [Paul E Voice]BARELY... LEEEEEGALLLLL[/Paul E Voice]

Re: WWE TRADEMARKS ECW EVENT TITLES
Literally any name would be better than the "This is what the gimmick of the show is" trend WWE got on when they went PG. Extreme Rules and Hell in a Cell are the prime offenders.

Re: WWE TRADEMARKS ECW EVENT TITLES
hey hey, maybe WWE finally watched the Omega vs 9yr Old Girl match, and is introducing the 'Barely Legal' match soon, with Jerry Lawler and James Ellsworth as WWE Gatekeepers. Gotta get them young before AEW snatches them up.
