Are Wyatt's Erik Rowan, Vintner Erik Rowan, Bludgeon Brother Erik Rowan, and Intellectual Erik R♻wan all supposed to be the same person?

I'm more curious as to where those tattoos came from and what they're supposed to be.

I love this Rowan with the recycling logo. If he was smart he'd put it on a shirt.
