By my count New Japan Pro Wrestling has 57 regular s(excluding Young Lions). Twenty of them- that's MORE THAN ONE THIRD- use blond hair dye.

i think since blond hair is not natural to Japanese, the use of it makes you look more unique and sets you apart from average joes. Kind of the same reason why WWE likes huge dudes.

Right... but when everyone is doing it, you'e not unique anymore.

it's not to be unique within the company, it's to be unique against the fans.
