SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST 2012 QUALIFYING MATCH: Homicide vs. Roderick Strong (w/Truth Martini)- 6.5/10
SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST 2012 QUALIFYING MATCH: Mike Mondo vs. Kyle O'Reilly- 6.75/10
A great match, although not the "mat classic" Kevin Kelley referred to it as (this is the sort of thing that kills an announcer's credibility, especially when you use the term just five minutes in). My opinion on the booking of this match can best be summed up in Davey's facial expression at the end, which seemed to be be saying "wait... what? Mondo made Kyle tap cleanly? Are they insane?
INSIDE ROH SEGMENT- RD Evans was good, as always. Adam Cole's promo was also good.
SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST 2012 QUALIFYING MATCH: Michael Elgin (w/Truth Martini) vs. Rhino (w/Truth Martini)- 6.25/10
Not good enough for a main event, and slightly disappointing, considering the talent involved. I really disliked the stuff with Truth Martini at the finish.
Overall, a good episode of ROH. Lots of action.

I really dislike the way they were pushing Mondo, it's soo WWE-like. They're trying to sell that Mondo is a face by doing jerk stuff with Maria, they try to push that he is an amazing wrestling with this match and with the Davey matches. And like you say, now Kelly is trying to sell us that he's a mat classic kinda guy.

The good news is that with Corny no longer booing, I see Mondo's role being heavily reduced.

plus he'll be out for a year, he'll either lose all momentum or come back as a hero
