Yes, but he has been involved in non-mania stuff. It is a WWE Hall of Fame, not a Mania Hall of Fame.

He was involved with RAW in 2009, owned RAW for a week.

Even though his involvement at WM wasn't that awesome, it was significant because Vince got his head shaved bald. He hasnt had the hair like that since.

I agree its overdue for Mr T as well, but he's likely been left out to spite Hogan...
