Goodmorning, ladies and gents! It's time for the Everlasting Perspective. I'll start to review the shows chronologicly as they have now been posted by our very so much beloved YCW. I'm quite excited to review this show because it means that next time it's my favourite show being reviewed!

Now, as always, I expect mature, constructive criticism and your Everlasting Attention, if you will! Today's soundtrack is 3 Balloons by Stephen Lynch.

EWA: The Beginning

UNKNOWN (w/ VALERIE KNOT) VS JOHN HALL - Standard > Now this was a good first match for the EWA (Then OWWF), with not much slow parts at all, and kept me excited throughout. 6/10

CHRIS CALAWAY VS EXODUS LICAIRNE - Standard > This was also a decent matchup, and felt abit slow at some parts, but it's perfectly acceptable! 5/10

SCOTTIE ADAMS VS JIMMY CARNIVAL (/w TODD TREPAIN)- Standard > Now this match was kindof a snooze, especially the beginning. Best part of this match? Adams and Carnival debuting. 4/10. Next.

DLR (w/ MARIA MASTODON) VS SHADOW - Hardcore > Now this was a fun match. I just love the Reject. It actually kinda saves the show after the snorefest earlier. 6/10

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT - > Now this is where the epic Exodus/Scottie saga begins! I love it.

GEAR CREED VS PHREAK - Standard > This was okay, not bad, but not the best I've read this show. Or any show for that matter. 5/10

JACK SQUAT (w/ SARAH KAMINSKY) VS JOEL CARTER - Standard > Urgh. You guys kinda now my feelings about this feud. Knowing this made me totally uninterested of rereading it, but you get a 5/10 because I know I'm just being an a-word.

KEV CARNAGE VS MERRITT ROOK VS MARK WOODBRIDGE - Triple Threat Elimination >A nice little event. Nothing out of the ordinary but it was a good debut for these guys. 5/10

THE FINAL VERDICT: The show is a really decent read, and I advise you all to read it! It gets a 5/10 overall.

Now, all my Everlasting fans, soon, Everlasting Perspective part THREE will be written.

In future reviews, any chance of mentioning your favourite spots, without spoiling anything of course!

I'm gonna enjoy reading these.

You think? I'm kinda trying hard not to seem biased on the Carter/Squat thing! :p

I think that, in part, you have the disadvantage of knowing where things are going. A first draw between Squat and Carter doesn't seem all that exciting or important when you know there are going to be a few more coming up.

Also, I think that not having the newswires and promos that set things up robs you of some perspective that you would otherwise have if you were reviewing these shows as they come out.

Yeah, I think the reviews of upcoming shows will be better in that regard!

Actually, while we're on the subject, (this question applies to everyone), how did you guys like the "everything you need to know for Zero Hour" post? Is that something that it is worth doing before every show?

It was supposed to be a... well... "verbal commercial" I guess would be best. Newswires are supposed to announce matches and stuff... this was intended as more as a summary of the newswires to mesh them into one nice hype package.
