To a lesser extent, CM Punk used to go after the crowd the same way. He's an awesome heat magnet when he turns it up. Aside from the shoot, my FAVORITE CM Punk moment HAS to be when he came out dressed up like Jeff Hardy.

In the same light as Georgous George, I've got to mention a personal favorite of mine in Adrian Street.

Then there's those guys that are unintentionally hate-able. I'm thinking guys like Jeff Jarrett, Matt Hardy, Shane Douglas, Batista, Kevin Nash... guys that generally get heat every time they open their mouths, whether they're trying to get it or not.
